How to cook Naan or Chapatis (literally one chapati in a minute): Power on until oven is warmed up.Roll a chapati and place on top of hot plate.Wait till you see signs of bubbles and using tongs or gloves move it inside the oven and close door.Keep an eye through door or safety glass until it is golden puffed and take it out.If you catch up speed you will have two Chapatis being cooked at same time while you roll up next.

Please note that when using Tandoor for first time you may notice burning smell for couple of minutes. It is normal for this product and takes couple of uses before it goes away. Please make sure that cable does not touch the Tandoor at all especially the hot surface on top or rear.
