Inside are numerous, sack-like individual fruits. The sweet pockets of pulp surrounding the seeds are removed from the ripe fruit and gently dried. You can therefore obtain jackfruit from us in raw food quality. Its exquisite taste is reminiscent of figs or mild honey.
