The unmistakable basmati rice made from extra-long grains of rice with a fine structure matures for 2 years, creating a unique taste experience. After cooking, the quality rice develops the characteristic Basmati aroma and has a tender consistency without sticking together. Classic Basmati rice is the ideal choice for various dishes at parties or on special occasions. India Gate Basmati rice is an excellent accompaniment to all fish, meat and vegetable dishes and is the ideal base for stir-fries.

Preparation instructions
Wash the rice thoroughly and soak in warm water for approx. 15 minutes. Drain and then bring 1 cup of rice to the boil with 2 cups of water in a pan. Leave to simmer in a covered pan. After 9-10 minutes, remove the pan from the heat and leave the rice to rest for approx. 5 minutes.

Storage: Store in a dry place at room temperature.
