Sarson Ka Saag - Green Mustard Leaves in Curry Sauce
This traditional Punjabi dish is made from green mustard leaves in curry sauce. It is eaten in combination with Makki di roti (corn bread) and homemade, melting, white butter. This North Indian delicacy also uses a few spinach leaves and has a unique addictive taste that comes from the goodness of fresh green leaves.
