Sona long korn pure Basmati Rice
Basmati rice has travelled from the foothills of the Himalayas. Basmati with its exquisitely delicate texture, flavour and aroma, is the ideal rice to serve with a wide range of savoury dishes.
For best results soak rice in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking. Bring a large pan of Water to the boil. stir in the rice adding a pinch of salt if required. Return to the boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain well and serve.
