We only ship our fresh mangoes on Mondays and Wednesdays so they reach you at peak flavor with minimal storage time.
Because mangoes are highly perishable, you have 24 hours to let us know if something’s wrong. After that, we can’t guarantee quality or provide refunds/replacements.

Storage & Use
Mangoes can easily be stored at room temperature. Because of their sweet taste, the popular Alphonso mangoes are often eaten on their own or processed into sorbet, ice cream, lassi, soufflé, mousse, puree and similar culinary preparations.

Note
Please note that the outer peel of the mango may have some dark spots, but this is purely cosmetic and has no impact on the quality of the fruit inside. Keep them in a cool, dry place.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, please issue a complaint within one day of receiving it by sending an email to our customer service team with a photo of the product. We take the quality of our mangoes seriously and will do our best to address any issues in a timely manner.

Photos are for illustrative purposes only. Since mangos are a natural product, they may vary in shape and color from the examples shown.

Fresh products such as 🥭fruits 🥬vegetables & 🧀paneer (cheese) is perishable and subject to availability and quality. Therefore, adding fresh products to your order is considered a pre-order only. In case of unavailability of these items, we'll create a credit in your customer account or refund the article price.

To ensure that you receive the freshest produce possible, we ship all our fresh fruits and vegetables from Monday to Thursday. This schedule helps avoid delays that may occur over the weekend with our delivery partners.

In case of Spoilage
Please note that the fresh vegetables are manually sorted and checked for quality in every order to make sure that we keep a strict quality control. However, if you receive any fresh products which are not in good condition, please inform us right away or latest the same day with the full snaps showing the perished products using our contact form along with your order number in subject. We'd resolve these expeditiously on case by case basis. There's no claim in these cases after the day of delivery and as well as after the failed delivery attempts. 

Shipping Fresh Products Internationally
We generally only ship fresh products within Germany, as delivery times are significantly shorter within Germany. However, from experience, we know that delivery to some EU countries can also take 2–3 business days.

However, we advise against ordering fresh products if your delivery address is outside of Germany. If you decide to place an order, you do so at your own risk. Please note that we cannot provide a refund for spoiled fresh products if they become damaged or inedible during shipping.

Delivery times abroad vary depending on the destination country, so we cannot guarantee that the goods will arrive in perfect condition.

Would you like to have your order delivered on the same-day within Berlin?

Yes, that is possible with us.
We are happy to fulfill your request and deliver your order to your doorstep on the same day. But you will need to call us on +49-30-2546 2826 after you have placed your online order. You can also place your order by phone or WhatsApp. Frozen products such as (Parathas, Samosa, Naan etc.) can also be added to your order over the phone. If you do not call us, then there will be no same day delivery and your order will be shipped via regular carrier DHL.
