These round slices, also known as pappadum, are made from lentil bean flour. They are rolled wafer-thin and then dried in the sun.

Schmeckt sehr gut. In einem sehr heißen Öl in 2 Sekunden fertig. Nicht gleich aufgegessene Teile in einer Dose luftdicht noch 2 Tage haltbar.
