In case of unavailability of these items, we'll create a credit in your customer account or refund the article price.

To ensure that you receive the freshest produce possible, we ship all our fresh fruits and vegetables from Monday to Thursday. This schedule helps avoid delays that may occur over the weekend with our delivery partners.

In case of Spoilage
Please note that the fresh vegetables are manually sorted and checked for quality in every order to make sure that we keep a strict quality control. However, if you receive any fresh products which are not in good condition, please inform us right away or latest the same day with the full snaps showing the perished products using our contact form along with your order number in subject. We'd resolve these expeditiously on case by case basis. There's no claim in these cases after the day of delivery and as well as after the failed delivery attempts.

Shipping Fresh Products Internationally
We generally only ship fresh products within Germany, as delivery times are significantly shorter within Germany. However, from experience, we know that delivery to some EU countries can also take 2–3 business days.

However, we advise against ordering fresh products if your delivery address is outside of Germany. If you decide to place an order, you do so at your own risk. Please note that we cannot provide a refund for spoiled fresh products if they become damaged or inedible during shipping.

Delivery times abroad vary depending on the destination country, so we cannot guarantee that the goods will arrive in perfect condition.

If you do not call us, then there will be no same day delivery and your order will be shipped via regular carrier DHL.

Gerne wieder. Neben dem Paneer hatte ich mehrere Produkte bestellt, die ich in meiner näheren Umgebung nicht kaufen kann. Für die Bewertung habe ich mir mit der am leichtesten verderblichen Ware den Paneer ausgesucht. Darüber hinaus hatte ich Mehl, verschiedene Gewürze und einen Chapati- Roller bestellt.
Das Paket war unfassbar lange unterwegs, was ich so von Lieferungen aus Berlin mit DHL nicht kenne. Der Versand erfolgte am Donnerstag, erhalten habe ich das Paket am Montag. Dass der Käse diese lange Lieferzeit überstanden hat, ist wohl der absolut herausragenden Verpackung zu verdanken. Kühlakku und zusätzliche Isolierung. Besser geht nicht. Das muss an dieser Stelle einfach mal gesagt werden.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder in diesem Shop bestellen.
