This is the story of Prem (Salman Khan) & Nisha (Madhuri Dixit). Prem is learning the ropes of business under his elder brother Rajesh (Mohnish Behl) and uncle Kailashnath (Aloknath), both successful businessman. In another town, Nisha is the darling of her elder sister Pooja (Renuka Shahane) and parents Prof. Choudhary (Anupam Kher) and Kamladevi (Reema Lagoo).
