FREE DELIVERY: For orders above 69 € shipping is free within Germany.

Self Pickup: You can also pick up your order from our local store in Berlin. Store opening hours and route directions can be found here.

World Shipping

The shipping costs vary from country to country. To get an overview of the shipping costs, please put the products in the shopping cart first, then go to the shopping cart and select your destination country. For the selected country shipping costs will be displayed now. The shipping costs change according to the order value. If your country name is not listed in the country list then contact us please & we will activate your country manually.

Note: We reserve the right to change the shipping costs, if the delivery with automatically calculated shipping costs can not be deliver. In this case we will recalculate the actual shipping costs & inform you before delivery.

If your ordered products are not heavy and can be shipped cheaper and you think that the automatically calculated shipping costs are too expensive, then contact us please. We will adjust the shipping costs.

Delivery Time

It usually takes approximately 1-4 weeks for the parcel to reach its destination from the date of shipment. From our end, we are very careful to ship the items on time, but sometimes, there are occasional delays in transit.

Customs Information

If the delivery destination is outside of the European Union, then you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We do not have control over these customs duties and taxes charges and we can not guess what they will charge. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact to your local customs office for further information.
