Gits Medu Vadai Mix (200g)
Medu Vadai is a doughnut-like snack made from fermented Urad lentil dough.
Ingredients: Lentil flour, wheat flour, salt, raising Agents, Citric Acid, [...].
No artificial flavours, no preservatives, 100% vegetarian, no artificial colours, contains Gluten.
- Mix contents of this pack with 220ml water to form a soft dough. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. Tip: For spicer taste add chopped ginger, green chillies & coriander to the dough.
- Divide the dough into 18 parts. Mould each part into a doughnut shape. Add a little water if required.
- Heat approx. 500ml of oil in a deep pan. Oil temperature should be such that a pinch of dough rises quickly to the surface. Deep-fry the Medu Vadais on medium heat until they have become crispy and golden-brown.
